Adrienne was a awesome awesome leather. We were working with the previous lender before who could not close the deal at the last moment which made me and my client panic on the buyer side since so much earnest money was going to be forfeited, and the lenders reasoning for denying my client was absolutely absurd, I called Adrienne and we were able to extend the contract out and close in 11 days and closing buyer to put down $7000 less.
